Protective Barrier:

Nightguards act as a protective barrier, creating a cushion between your upper and lower teeth. This barrier minimizes the impact of clenching or grinding, preventing damage to your teeth and alleviating associated discomfort.

Preventing Dental Damage:

The primary function of nightguards is to prevent dental damage caused by the repetitive motion of grinding or clenching. This proactive approach helps maintain the integrity of your teeth over the long term.

Alleviating Discomfort

By providing a physical barrier, nightguards not only protect your teeth but also alleviate the pain and discomfort associated with teeth grinding, ensuring more restful nights.
